The award recognizes EXPORUM's ongoing efforts—centered on the Seoul Cafe Show—in eco-friendly exhibition operations, the spread of social value, and the building of a responsible industry ecosystem.
As the overall lead of the Seoul Cafe Show ESG project, Director Oh has implemented initiatives including: introducing carbon-reduction programs at the venue; expanding the use of reusable resources; applying eco-friendly booths and exhibition materials; and running fair-trade and ethical-coffee campaigns based on regional shared growth. In particular, at the 2024–2025 Seoul Cafe Show, she led the exhibition industry's ESG model by expanding the reuse rate of booth lumber, deploying an F&B waste-reduction system, operating eco-certified brand zones, and applying energy-saving designs.
In line with global ESG trends, EXPORUM is also accelerating the advancement of eco-friendly operations using technology-based MICE-Tech solutions. Based on data on visitor flow, booth operations, and material usage, the company is pursuing carbon-emission simulations, recycling-indicator management, and operational-efficiency analysis, taking the lead in building a sustainable exhibition ecosystem.
